• Any misuse of the service, including sending spam or unsolicited messages, is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service.
• All messages sent through our platform are subject to monitoring for compliance with our policies.

Note:

Dear Customer, please be informed of the following guidelines when sending Voice SMS:

1. Voice SMS should be sent between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekdays, excluding public holidays and Fridays. Sending messages during holidays may result in delays.
2. After sending a Voice SMS, it will undergo verification by all mobile operators before being delivered. This process may take 3 to 5 hours on regular days and up to 6 to 24 hours during holidays.
